"At this juncture I'm not sure that I would recommend this state farm office to family or friends. After being with Ronald DeMyers for a decade or more. I added a 3rd car to my insurance a lease and at age 65 and my hubby 70 they doubled my coverage payment per month. Ultimately we decided to take our business elsewhere. Mr DeMyer never reached out to discuss, after a decade of business together. However there was one young woman who was professional, courteous and her follow up was superb her name is Lucy. She remained professional even when I was frustrated and did not present as my best self. Thank you Lucy for being respectful and empathetic. If you decide to do business with DeMyers make sure you work with Lucy and another professional named Becca. Mr DeMyer Im disappointed in your business practices and that our business over the last 10 years meant so little to you. Happy Holidays"
